Whether you need a small 2m x 2m stage and lectern for a presenter, or a 6m x 4m stage for a band to rock out on, 8CCC can supply it! Just talk to us and we’ll tailor the stage to your event’s needs. We can also provide steps and a ramp, ensuring stage accessibility for all event attendees. 

Need to bring your event to life? Hire some lighting! Lighting can make or break the atmosphere of an event and make it memorable for audiences, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Whether it’s high-energy dynamic stage lighting for your artists, or ambient mood-setting for the venue and site, our skilled 8CCC AV lighting technicians know what to do to make your event a vibrant and immersive experience.

Booking a band, but don’t have the right equipment? 8CCC AV has you covered with our range of hireable backline equipment. We have two guitar amps (Vox AC30 & Fender Champion 100), two bass amps (Fender Rumble 500 & MarkBass 58R), two keyboards (Nord Stage 3 & Yamaha PSR-E473) a Yamaha Stage Custom Drumkit, a set of Pioneer CDJs, Technic SL1200 Turntables and a variety of microphones to get you started. 

Need Wi-Fi? We’ve got you! 8CCC AV offers the option to hire out our Starlink & Dual Sim 4g Module, which provides high-speed, easily accessible internet that covers your entire event. 

Want to host a conference, but half the attendees are in another state? Or have people around the world watch your event from the comfort of their home? Our streaming service is perfect for these hybrid events. Whether it’s a workshop, conference, seminar, meeting, funeral or a live music performance, or arts demonstration, we can set up the equipment needed to film and stream it to a live remote audience and support interactive bi-directional presentations for audiences both in person & online. 

What better way to look back on an event than by watching it back? 8CCC have high-quality cameras which we can set up in multiple locations to film a professional, multi-angled video recording of your event or support a high-quality live stream or broadcast to extend the reach and engage remote audiences. 

Partner with 8CCC Community Radio to support live radio broadcasting from your event. Whether it’s a concert, arts show, festival or a series of interviews, we can setup a live broadcast to amplify your event’s impact on 102.1FM and through our digital streaming platforms. 

Want to hire some artists, but don’t know where to look? 8CCC has the contacts to connect you with many local artists in Mparntwe / Alice Springs, Central Australia and The Barkly. DJs, soloists, duos or bands, we can organise performers for your event. We can manage the whole process from booking to backline, with artists liaison and performance contract management.

We regularly distribute to all sorts of venues and businesses in Alice Springs and have regional connections to assist further afield. We can distribute your posters, pamphlets and flyers across town quickly and efficiently through our established routes ensure your messaging is visible. 

At 8CCC we have skilled technicians and the equipment to capture field recordings and support location sound for film and video production. Our team can record, edit and export your recordings at a professional level. Working across regional centres and remote locations we can provide creative audio solutions for your project wherever you are recording. 

It’s that time of year again… Test & Tag Time. 8CCC now offers our test and tagging services for your business. Our crew is certified to test and tag all your leads, Class 1 & Class 2 appliances. 

Video and digital media is integral to hybrid events and conferences and can elevate live performances. 8CCC can supply and operate projection & screens, mounted OLED displays and LED video walls. We have solutions visible in the daytime and suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and can also support creative projection mapping on buildings and existing surfaces. Our VJ’s can enhance live performances mixing visuals and integrating live camera feeds. We can assist in managing your slide deck, packaging video content and developing creative visuals to enhance your event.
